Cathy has worked as a manager at an insurance company, as a contractor licensing representative for the State of Nevada and has over ten years of banking including new accounts, commercial and mortgage lending, management, and underwriting. After earning her Certificate in Horticulture from SPSCC, she started a landscape design and container gardening business which she closed to dedicate her time and expertise to Rebuilding Together.

Cathy started volunteering with Rebuilding Together Thurston County in 2012 on Rebuilding Day projects, joined the Board of Directors, served as board president, and has been the executive director since 2019. In her time with Rebuilding Together, she has helped grow the organization from a budget of $80,000 to over $400,000. Rebuilding Together has helped more than 400 homeowners and 600 people over the last 21 years with repairs and ADA modifications.
