Dr. Stacy Hicks (she/her)

Philanthropy Event Chair

Stacy is the Volunteer Legal Program Manager at Thurston County Volunteer Legal Services and can also be found at the Washington Center for the Performing Arts as a Front of House Manager, supporting the arts in our community.  For over a decade, she has worked in arts management, nonprofits, and hospitality, with a focus on volunteer engagement and events management.  She believes that there are many opportunities to give back to the communities, individuals and organizations that support and inspire us.  Raised in Mason County and calling Olympia home for more than a decade, she has served on a variety of boards and city commissions, working to remove barriers and create access to the arts and volunteerism through education, community engagement, and professional development. As a practicing artist, she loves to explore the world through the lens of her camera. Her work has been shown in various juried shows in Thurston County and at Olympia Arts Walk. She is a graduate of Olympic College (AA), Western Washington University (General Studies/History), Seattle University (Masters in Fine Arts, Arts Leadership) and received her Doctorate in Education (Ed.D), Educational and Organizational Leadership, in 2022 from Seattle University.
